We analyze the market as a whole, not individual organizations. This allows us to identify systemic patterns and recurring themes.
Key Principles:
- Unit of Analysis: Country, region, city, category
- Minimum Data: ≥5 organizations, ≥50 reviews
- Anonymization: Brand names and personal identities removed
- Systemic Patterns: Only recurring themes across multiple providers
DATA SOURCES
Our analysis is based on aggregated, shuffled, and anonymized reviews from public sources. We do not store links between reviews and specific organizations. All data is processed at the market level to identify statistical patterns.
